Conscious moving

Qigong is a form of conscious moving. The difference with, for instance the gym, is that your attention is really there where you move your body. Therefore is also helps your mind to relax, because you have something to focus on. Qigong supports your overall wellbeing. Like acupuncture, it also works on your meridian system.

No need to be flexible to do it!

There are many forms of Qigong and Chi Neng qigong and Spine Qigong are easy and doable for everyone! There is no need to be very flexible or force yourself into difficult positions. You practice to relax, have fun and softly work on your body muscles, joints, body position and the elaxation of your mind.

Weekly classes

Every week there is an online course you can join. You can buy 10 classes that you can use over a period of 11 weeks. The price is 100 euro for the course and the class is 45 minutes. If you like to try it out first, please join us for just 10 euro! If you like to continue, you can use that class as your fist class of the course. You can start at any time.


The goal of the class is to improve your energy levels, reduce stress, have a moment of relaxation just for yourself from the comfort of your own home and to learn exercises that you can apply in your daily life to keep going on this great road.

If you have a physical challenge don't worry! Basically every exercise can also be done on a chair. I have done this so often due to back problems. The goal is to enjoy your practice and work on your health, not to perform an exercise perfectly. If you have any doubt if you can join the class, ask your physician for confirmation or let’s have a chat.

What do you need?

The only thing you need to join is a zoom application. I can send you an email with information on how to install that.


I also advice you to find a place where you cannot be disturbed, so you can really focus on enjoying your class. make sure you have a chair ready. Some exercises are done on a chair.


Last, but not least, you can wear whatever you like. I practice myself in my daily life clothes. I think that is the beauty of this form. It is so easy to apply. Make sure though you are warm enough.

When is the class given?

The class is given on Wednesday evening 6.30h Central European time.


This class is given in English. If this time does not suit you, please contact me.


We can set up a class for you together with some of your friends. Minimum number of participants is 5. The class can be given in English, Dutch or French.

Hi all! I wanted to share with you about my experience that I had during working with Esther. I asked Esther to work with me because I felt tired and couldn't concentrate much during the day. Although I was skeptical at first (how can someone do that type of work over Zoom living on a different continent?), I was in for a treat.
